At the ripe old age of 72, you would think by now it would be second nature that one would know how to go to sleep and stay asleep during the dark hours and awake during the light hours. I must have felled that course of human nature. I was not really tired when I went to bed at 9:30 PM, but I did. I did not sleep any during the light hours that I remember. My body is attuned to being up at 5 AM for my first testing, then I will drive to coffee and eats with some of the old people that I hang out with. I will leave there at about 7:30-8:00 AM and come home. It all goes back to my military and truck driving days I guess. So now I have to tolerate the intolerable, so I am up at 1:30 AM.
