Surgery to my right eye on Wednesday

I go in, I hope early, on Wednesday to have the lens replaced in my right eye.  The left one is doing very well, I do still use readers to read or study printed items.  I will know for sure what time during the morning of tomorrow.  My son will take me this time as I can’t drive for 24 hours.  I am ready and I want it over with so that maybe my life will be a bit better.

I did study tonight

I have a pin of the King James Bible to my taskbar.  I often pull it up and listen to various chapters as I do other things.  I listened to John 7 and 8 tonight.  I find John interesting.  I vary my listening from time to time.  It is for my reference and I post it tonight just to celebrate what I did study tonight.

NEW ACHIEVEMENT UNLOCKED

Hot Streak

Persistence, tenacity, grit—whatever you want to call it, you have it in spades! Keep on writing! You’re only a few weeks away from a six-month streak!

Did you know: Persistence pays off. It’s hard to imagine Joseph Heller’s famous novel Catch-22 by any other name, but in fact the title went through several iterations before publication, including Catch-18, Catch-11, Catch-17, and Catch-14.

A Monday, a new beginning

Today is a Monday, a new beginning for the week.  A chilling day and has rained, the sun is visiting now, goals on hold or put off but it is still a new beginning for the week.  I have sat here a couple of times today trying to find some content to post.  Grim and lacking I have been unable to produce as I would like.  I am working on a few efforts so we will see if I can produce.

A Monday, a new beginning.
