The afternoon of today I was sitting in my recliner and began to doze off. I did not get much sleep last night so I guess I was tired. I had no derring-do situation to drive my goals for today. After I fail asleep in the chair around 2:45 PM it was 6:00 PM when I woke from a hard good sleep.
I find that it is now time for me to present myself to the bed for a, hopefully, a good sleep. I do not have anything of importance to do tomorrow but I am sure I will find something to do. So it is 10:33 PM now and I will go and give it a great try just to see if I can, in fact sleep in a real life.,
