Presbyopia is an eye condition in which your eye slowly loses the ability to focus quickly on objects that are close. It is my understanding that it mostly happens in mid-age, and is noticed when we start using reading glasses. I do not think it is a specific word but a general word for the many difficulties associated with the eyes at that age. Personally I can relate fully.
