Have you ever asked what happens when you do not pay your rent? Well this is the first time in 4 years that I have seen this but here is proof. It is true that I am sure the owners have long been gone, but the Apartment owners and managers are not playing around either. I think it rained last night to. Now the apartment service people have to put all of this in the dumpster later today.
