My body wants me to go to bed because sleep it there awaiting. Ok, great, I ready myself for bed and go climb in for a restful night. It goes great for a few hours after which the sleepiness kicks in.
- Do I lie back down for toss-n-turn?
- Do I stay up and get sleepy just before my day starts?
- Do I stay up and run it into the day?
Well, normally the answer would be all three; but today, I will finish this and return to the fight for sleep. I feel like a winner today, so I am very positive in my direction. ♠♣♥♦
